This website, cultfilms.club, is operated by CULTFILMS (DISTRIBUTION) LTD ("Cult Films", "we" or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of any personal information collected through this website and are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

What we collect

This website does not sell anything and does not offer accounts. You can browse it without telling us who you are. We may receive:

• information you choose to send us by email, such as your name, email address and the content of your message;
• your email address, when you join our mailing list;
• basic technical information that web servers log automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit.

Purchases

When you click a buy button you leave this website and go to MVD Entertainment Group or another store. Those businesses collect and process your order, payment and delivery details under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details.

Our mailing list

If you join our mailing list we use your email address to send you news about our films, releases and pre-orders. Our emails are sent through Mailchimp, a service run by Intuit, which stores your details on our behalf. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by writing to cultfilms@cultfilms.co.uk.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps one small note in your browser so the mailing list box does not keep appearing once you have closed it or signed up. You can clear it, and block cookies, in your browser settings at any time.

How we use your information

We use information you send us to reply to you and deal with your enquiry, and your mailing list details only to send you our emails. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties, except where the law requires it or with our professional advisers when needed to run our business.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Keeping it secure

We take appropriate measures to protect your information from loss or misuse and limit access to people who need it. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not email us sensitive information.

Your rights
